We engaged Turner Associates to assist us in recovering monies owed to us across a number of projects for a Main Contractor. Their industry knowledge proved invaluable as we were able to come to a negotiated settlement after the details were presented to the Main Contractor clearly and concisely. They were professional and tenacious throughout the negotiations and were the key to unlocking the amounts owed without having to go to the risk and expense of further action. Our full commercial role was undertaken by Turner Associates from early 2018. In this period they have carried out reviews of our systems and procedures to introduce detailed cost reporting and analysis which has assisted us in being able to make real time management decisions in full financial knowledge of the implications of such. Turner Associates have advised us on several complex issues on our hotel refurbishment contracts in London, bringing these to a satisfactory conclusion. Large Kitchen and Bedroom Manufacture and Installation Company

Having worked with Paul and his team for over 15 years in differing guises, there was only one Company that we would turn to when we had some large sums of monies wrongfully withheld by a Main Contractor.

Acting quickly, TAL assessed the paperwork, formulated a case and arranged a meeting with the Main Contractor in no time at all.

By agreement and with our full consent Paul attended the meeting on his own, and returned to our office with an agreement and payment plan agreed all as per his initial strategy and advice issued to ourselves prior to the meeting.

The payment plan was formally executed and robustly marshalled by TAL. Paul maintained communications across the period of the plan to ensure the monies were fully secured.

TAL are now retained in a business wide advisory capacity.
